Avocado. Eating an average sized avocado will provide you with just under 12 grams of fiber.

These are just five of the most common food that you could include in your daily meals to satisfy your body’s need for fiber. Other high fiber food include beans, raspberries, rice, apples, pasta, almonds, bananas and papaya.
