Bleeding External and Internal Piles – Hemorrhoids Natural Treatment

Quite often anal bleeding is a common symptom of Hemorrhoids or piles. A hemorrhoid is an enlarged vein in the anus. A constant pressure or other factors can restrict blood flow and cause the veins to become inflamed. Poor blood flow may cause a blood clot. Piles come in two basic types: internal and external. Internal piles are not always painful and many people do not realize they have got them until they notice blood on their toilet paper. External hemorrhoids develop outside the anus so that you can feel little lumps when you wipe yourself. They’re usually more painful than internal piles. What causes hemorrhoids? How can you treat them naturally?

What Causes Hemorrhoids?

1.   Constipation and straining at bowel movements
2.   Frequent Diarrhea
3.   Prolonged sitting or standing
4.   Heavy lifting
5.   Pregnancy and childbirth
6.   Age
7.   Genetics

How can you treat them naturally at home?

Mild symptoms can be relieved frequently by improving and regularizing bowel habit. Drink plenty of fluids, but not too much tea or coffee. Eliminating excessive straining reduces the pressure on piles and helps prevent them from protruding. There are some common home based hemorrhoids treatments which can be used for treatment of piles

1.   Ice packs on the rear end (do not use the ice directly on the skin).
2.   Proper diet for a smooth and easy way out for the stool. Eat plenty of fiber-rich food, such as whole-wheat bread and cereals, fruit and vegetables.
3.   Warm baths.
4.   Soak 3 to 4 figs (thoroughly washed) overnight and have it in the morning (before your breakfast) and in the evening.
5.   Drink a mixture of fresh mint juice, lemon juice and honey three times a day for a painless relief.
6.   Drink radish juice every morning and evening is also very good.
7.   Take some exercise. If you get moving, your bowels will, too!
